Fasting pasta with vegetable salami
Because I like it Easter and because it is post, I thought for today to prepare a simple and well-known recipe, in the improved version with AIVIA vegetable salami.
- 100g spaghetti
- 150g vegetable salami
- 1 small carrot
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 red
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 100ml broth
- salt, oregano, basil
First of all, we boil water for pasta, with a little salt on the tip of a knife.
Then we prepare the vegetables. We clean the carrot, wash it and put it through the large grater, wash the tomato and cut it into cubes, and finely chop the garlic.
Put the oil in a pan, let it heat up and then add the garlic together with the grated carrot. Stir and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Add the tomato, cover with a lid and leave for another 5 minutes. Add the broth and leave for another 5 minutes.
At the end we add the salami cleaned of the membrane and cut into cubes, salt, oregano, basil and another 4 minutes on low heat :).
Serve with cooked pasta.

Who hasn't heard of sausage biscuits? The delicious, simple and handy dessert, extremely popular during the communist period, when very few ingredients were still found in stores? Biscuits, homemade butter (we didn't miss homemade butter, made by our grandmother from cow's milk) or margarine (during fasting periods), cocoa, sugar and shit - these were the basic ingredients in the biscuit salami that I I remember him from childhood.
Today I propose a sausage biscuits fasting with carrots and coconut - a special dessert, which is quite popular in Turkey. For those who are vegan or fasting, for those who are allergic to cocoa or simply for those who want to try a different kind of biscuit salami, it is an interesting option that is worth considering.
