1. Prepare the dough: take a cauldron with a volume of 1 l. Pour 250 ml of water into the cauldron, add butter and salt.

3. Place the hot pot on a wood chipper and immediately add the sifted flour. Homogenize the dough in a faster tempo, using a spatula.

4. Cover the pot with a towel and leave it for 1 hour, until the dough cools.

5. Break 1 egg into the dough pot and mix the dough well. Then break the next egg and mix. Do the same with the remaining eggs. You should get a smooth, homogeneous and dense dough.

6. Pour the dough into the pastry bag.

7. Line the baking tray with silicone or paper mat.

8. Using the pastry bag, pour the batter into the tray. Keep the distance between them.

9. Place the tray in the preheated oven at 220 ° C for about 10-15 minutes, until the sticks increase in size. Then bake the delicacy at 180 ° C, until they are nicely browned (do not open the oven door). Baking time depends on each oven.

10. Remove the tray from the oven and stick each eclair with a toothpick. Allow the eclairs to cool. Proceed similarly to the remaining dough.

11. Prepare the filling: pass the cheese through the small grater. Crush the garlic. Chop the dill.

12. Combine the filling ingredients in a bowl and add the mayonnaise. Mix the filling.

13. Take an ecler, make a small cut on the side of it and fill it with stuffing. Proceed similarly with the eclairs and the remaining filling.

1 pack of champagne biscuits
1 chocolate
500 ml of milk
3 yolks
3 tablespoons sugar
50 g cornstarch
1 vanilla essence

We scoop out the biscuits with a teaspoon.

I also made ecler and I like how it turned out. I have some clarifications: for this amount of dough I only put 2 eggs, and the baking time upset me a bit because the first round burned a bit, and I don't remember eating too fried eclairs at the confectionery. In the end, everything was ok, and the appreciations of my friends encouraged me to do it again.

I filled them with a cream called here & quotcreme patissiere & quot, which I think looks like pudding, I made it at home, I didn't buy it in an envelope.
