"For the Week of men who cook" I present something quick and tasty, which goes very well with an aperitif.

  • 4 tomatoes;
  • a dill tie;
  • 3 sprigs of green onion;
  • a box of fluffy cheese with Delaco cream.

Preparation time: less than 15 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Tomatoes stuffed with fluffy cheese and greens:

Dill and onion are washed, cut into small pieces and put in a bowl with fluffy cheese, then mix.

Wash the tomatoes, cut a lid on the top (with the tail), then with a knife cut it in a circle inside, where the seeds are found. These are removed with a teaspoon, leaving only the fleshy walls of the tomato. Also fill the tomatoes with the teaspoon of the bowl mixture. Decorate with a dill leaf, then serve.

I have been trying to use it for some time pizza dough ( pizza wheat recipe which I am very happy with and have been using for several years) and for something other than Pizza.

I prepared the pizza dough with small alterations from the basic recipe used and I prepared these Pizza Cornuri. I filled them with Fluffy Cheese with Greenery- Delaco. They are also filled with other cheese variants. Ideas for fillings would be enough, but I leave it to you to choose the filling you want. For now, I came up with this option, I hope you like it. Ingredient Rock Cakes Pizza :

400 g flour
10 g of fresh yeast
1 teaspoon grated sugar
1 teaspoon salt
200 ml of warm water
75 ml oil
2-3 yolks for the dough

Ingredients for filling Cornuri Pizza :
140 g Fluffy Cheese with Greenery - Delaco
pastrama, ham, ham (thinly sliced)

Pizza Cake Preparation:
The yeast is dissolved in 50 ml of warm water to which we will add the sugar and salt and then pour into the flour. Mix gently and gradually add the rest of the warm water. At the end we add the oil with which we work the dough for 1 minute.

We put the obtained dough to leaven cold in a bag. It can be kept in the fridge for a few hours, even overnight or in the freezer for 1 hour.
Divide the resulting dough into 3 equal parts and from each side on the work table sprinkled with a little flour we spread a circle with a diameter of 15-20 cm. Each circle will be anointed with Fluffy Cheese with Greenery- Delaco, sprinkle with diced pastrami cubes (or other variants of sausages you want to use), after which we will cut into 8 equal parts each circle of dough as in the image below.

We will run each part from the outside to the inside of the circle, thus obtaining 8 beautiful Pizza croissants. Place the croissants in a tray lined with baking paper. Grease them on top with egg yolk in which we will put a little salt and then put the tray in the preheated oven. Keep the croissants in the oven until lightly browned on top.
You will get the fluffiest Pizza croissants.

2 eggs
3 egg whites
1 teaspoon baking powder
150ml milk
1 teaspoon oil
3 tablespoons flour
5 tablespoons breadcrumbs
200g sweet cheese
1 green link

Wash the tomatoes and let them drain, cut the onion into thin slices, beat the egg whites, gradually add the yolks, greens, flour, baking powder, breadcrumbs and mix lightly.
This composition is incorporated in the sweet cheese and the milk is added.
Grease a thermal insulation tray, pour the composition and put the tomatoes and put them in the oven for about 40 minutes.

Eggs stuffed with mustard and yolk

Boil the eggs hard, peel them, cut them in half, remove the yolks. These are mixed with butter, mustard, pepper and finely chopped and chopped greens until a paste is formed.

With this composition (with the help of the spray or posh) the egg whites are filled on the yolk places.

The French salad is placed on a plate and the stuffed eggs are placed on top of it. Garnish with mayonnaise and garnish with lettuce.

How to prepare eggplant stuffed with tomatoes and feta cheese?

We wash and dry the eggplants, then cut their tails. We cut the eggplant in circles, but not to the end. We need to cut them so that we can open the circles and place the filling.

If the eggplants are bitter, it is recommended to soak them in salted water for 15 minutes, then rinse them and dry them with paper towels.

Grease a heat-resistant dish with sunflower oil. Grease the eggplant with oil and sprinkle salt over them. Cut the tomatoes into slices and place them among the eggplant slices.Knead the feta cheese and mix it with chopped garlic and sour cream. Add greens to taste. Spread half a teaspoon of cheese between the slices of tomatoes and eggplant.

Put the eggplant in the tray so that the filling does not fall. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the eggplant for about 60 minutes.

After they are baked, let them cool for about 10 minutes, then grease them with the remaining cheese mixture. Sprinkle the greens on top. We serve eggplant with our loved ones. Good appetite and increase cooking!


4 stronger tomatoes and nuts, 100 gr smoked fillet muscles (or whatever you like), 100 gr cheese, 4 eggs, salt, oregano, greens.

I cut a lid on each tomato, dug the inside and salted them.

I let them drain for 5 minutes, then I filled them with finely chopped fillet muscles, an egg, oregano and cheese on the edge.

I put them in the oven for 25 minutes. Depending on the oven of each, leave them until the egg is cooked.

Decorate with greens to taste and accompany with potato meatballs and zucchini or toast.
