Rustic potatoes

They go very well with a salad or a pickle, as their season is just beginning, or even garnish with a piece of meat. ;)

This recipe for peasant potatoes is crazy, I can't stop eating ...

Potatoes, onions and garlic are cleaned, washed and cut to your liking. I cut the potatoes lengthwise, the onion fish, and I left the garlic whole, because I like to feel its taste in food.

I put the Zepter pot on the fire and covered it with the lid. When the indicator needle reached the green area, about halfway through it, I put oil in the hot pot and added the potatoes, onions and garlic.

I didn't put a drop of water, everything was steamed!

I covered the pot and put out the fire.

The pot was on the fire for about 1-15 minutes, and the cooking without fire lasted about 45 minutes.

The dish being hot, the onion almost caramelized, and the potatoes took on a beautiful color.

At the end I sprinkled chopped parsley on top.
