Method of preparation:

Preheat the oven to 150 ° C. Melt the butter.

Allow to cool and refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.

  • A pinch of salt

Melt the butter and leave to cool

Heat the milk and keep it warm

Mix the egg whites with the salt and add the vinegar to obtain a firm foam

Mix the egg yolks with the sugar until a light cream results (check if the sugar has melted), adding the water with the vanilla.

Add warm melted butter, flour mixed with cocoa then lukewarm milk and rum essence (and optionally coffee)

Gradually add the egg white foam, stirring gently with a spatula (or hand towel) from the bottom up (if liquid egg whites remain on the bottom of the bowl, resume mixing)

Ingredient:

1 cup flour
1 cup semolina
1 cup sugar
1 cup powdered milk
1 packet of butter
a pinch of salt

For the filling:

2 kg mere
2 sachets of vanilla sugar
1-2 teaspoons of cinnamon
2-3 tablespoons of sugar (depending on how sweet the apples are)
2-3 tablespoons oil or a cube of butter to harden apples

Method of preparation:

For the beginning, put the package of butter in the freezer.
Meanwhile, put the apples on a large grater (stop them later with the lemon juice to prevent them from oxidizing). After we finished with the apples, we hardened them in oil / butter and added cinnamon, vanilla sugar and caster sugar. Mix well and set aside.

For the top, mix the flour with the semolina, sugar and powdered milk in a large bowl. Mix well.
We line a tray with baking paper, take the butter out of the freezer and grate on the grater half of the package of butter, directly on the tray (being frozen it is very easy to shave).
