Roll with vanilla pudding

Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt, add the sugar and mix well.

Mix the yolks with the oil and add the egg whites, mix with a spoon, add the flour mixed with the baking powder, cocoa, add the essence and mix well.

Pour the composition into the tray lined with baking paper and put in the oven until it passes the toothpick test,

Remove the top on a baking sheet and roll, let it cool

Put the milk on the fire with vanilla pods and 4 tablespoons of sugar, when it starts to boil, add the powder mixed with a little milk, mix and leave on the fire for about 1 minute, set aside and let it cool.

Unfold the top, add the pudding and roll.

I decorated with 1 envelope the glaze I bought
