Stuffed mushrooms

The mushrooms are cleaned, washed and the tails cut.

Chop the onion and grate the carrot.

Put the onion, carrot and finely chopped tails in a pan with a little olive oil and cover with a lid for 10 minutes. When they are ready, leave them to cool a bit, then add the meat, egg, salt, pepper and finely chopped parsley.

With this composition the hats are filled with the help of a teaspoon.

Put in a pan with a little oil and bake for 30-35 minutes.

Serve hot.
