Today it is cloudy here, it rains at times and it almost seems like a late summer day ... mammamia! How to make the brioche wreath

Dissolve the yeast in water at room temperature by adding a spoonful of sugar

Separately, melt the butter then mix it with milk and sugar

Then combine the two compounds and mix

Now add the flour and start kneading

Once you have obtained a soft and homogeneous mixture, add the aromas and salt

Knead for a long time until you get a ball

Let the brioche rise indoors for 2/3 hours

Once doubled in volume, take the dough and roll it out into a rectangle

Cut half the rectangle into strips

Fill the other half with nutella and chocolate chips

Roll everything up to obtain a cylinder

Put the brioche in a buttered donut-shaped tray and let it rise for 2 hours

Brush with milk and cover with sugar grains and bake at 180 ° in a static oven for 30 minutes

Let cool and serve the brioche cake crown
