THE croissants at Philadelphia they are a very tasty appetizer to prepare on any occasion. Whether for an aperitif or a buffet, these croissants are prepared quite quickly because they do not need rising times and for this reason you can offer them again as often as you want. From a dough based on spinach, Philadelphia and flour, I chose to stuff them with further spreadable cheese but you can also opt for a different filling.
The weekend has arrived, so you can indulge yourself a little in the kitchen and try to make something new.
I'm in Milan for work and I'll be back tomorrow, so today no cooking, no walks, but a full immersion in a course on strategic copy held by my husband. Basins to those who pass by and have a good weekend: *
How to make Philadelphia croissants
Wash the spinach and let them dry in a pan for 5 minutes, they will have to lose all their water.
In a large bowl put 120 grams of Philadelphia, flour, salt, water, spinach cut with a knife and yeast.
Work the ingredients until you get a smooth dough.
Now roll it out on a lightly floured work surface.
Cut with a knife into 4 parts and then into 8, thus obtaining triangles.
Put a bit of Philadelphia in the center of each one and roll them up on themselves.
Place the croissants on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and cook at 180 ° C static for about 20 minutes.
Your Philadelphia croissants are ready to be brought to the table.
