How to make the Moretta cake
In a bowl, combine flour, cocoa and baking powder and sift them together.
Beat the eggs with the sugar, long enough to obtain a light, puffy and fluffy mixture.
Then start adding to the mixture, alternately, the flour mixture and the milk.
Finally add the melted butter and vanilla essence.
Once you have a smooth and homogeneous mixture, pour the mixture into a mold lined with parchment paper.
Then bake the cake in a preheated static oven at 170 ° C and bake for about 40 minutes.
