How to make ricotta and jam tart
Place the flour in a large bowl and add sugar, egg, oil, lemon peel and yeast in the center.
Mix until you get a compact dough, then transfer it evenly into a mold, lined with parchment paper, also forming the edges.
Prepare the filling by combining ricotta, sugar, eggs and vanilla essence.
Add the filling inside the tart, level the surface and add a layer of jam.
Then cook at 180 ° C for 60 minutes and let it cool.
