In principle, boil water with a teaspoon of salt (for every liter of water) and when the water boils add pasta or noodles and time about 8 minutes from the moment the water starts to boil again. After about 6 minutes I taste a noodle to see if they are boiled or not. I don't like spaghetti and porridge at all and that's why I'm careful. The pasta must be al dente. Remove in a strainer and rinse quickly with cold water. Let it drain.

Strawberry tart and cottage cheese
- -For dough:
- 250g flour
- 125g butter
- 2 eggs
- -For the filling:
- 500g cow's cheese
- 100g old powder
- 400g strawberries
- 1 sachet of gelatin
- 1 lemon
Mix the flour well with the butter at room temperature and cut the pieces. Then add the eggs and knead a dough that you wrap in a plastic wrap and put it in the fridge to rest for 30 minutes.
Then spread a round sheet and place it in a tart form greased with butter and lined with flour, so that it rises a little on the walls of the form.
Prick the dough with a fork from place to place. Cover the tray with special baking paper and sprinkle with dried beans or rice, so that the dough does not swell when baking. Bake for about 20 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove the pan from the oven and remove the baking paper and beans.
Now you take care of the filling.
Put the gelatin soaked in a quarter glass of cold water for 15-20 minutes. Add 2-3 teaspoons of lemon juice and heat the gelatin to dissolve, but without boiling.
Put the washed and drained strawberries, cottage cheese, powdered sugar and lemon peel in a blender. Mix well until you get a homogeneous cream.
At the end, add melted and cooled gelatin to the strawberry cream cheese. Mix well and pour over the tart sheet.
Refrigerate the tart for 2-3 hours, and before serving, decorate it with slices of strawberries and mint leaves.
It is very cool and does not have much dough, perfect for summer days.
